Meg Wettenhall (She/Her)
Meg is a registered psychologist (clinical psychology registrar) with experience supporting individuals and families who have experienced developmental and complex trauma, family violence, and sexual assault and abuse. She also works with a broad range of mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns and has a particular interest in how psychological and cognitive assessment can deepen understanding of an individual’s strengths, challenges, and support needs.
Meg’s practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, attachment-focused, and neuro-affirming. She recognises that each person’s experiences, relationships, and circumstances are unique and takes the time to understand the broader context in which difficulties have developed.
Meg brings warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and compassion to her work and aims to create a therapeutic space where people feel understood, respected, and supported to make meaningful and sustainable change.
Kinbase thinks, works and plays in Naarm (Melbourne). We acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong / Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Owners of the land, and pay respect to their Elders past and present. We honour Aboriginal child-rearing practices, centred in community, storytelling, and meaning-making through metaphor.
